1. About Our Service
Daily Drop Off is a local delivery service offering selected convenience, grocery, and other approved products to customers in designated service areas.
Service availability may vary by location, inventory, operating hours, weather, traffic, or other business conditions.
2. Operating Hours
Our standard operating hours are:
10:00 AM – 10:00 PM, Daily
Hours may change without notice during holidays, emergencies, maintenance, or staffing limitations.
3. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver only to selected service areas.
Delivery zones may be changed, limited, expanded, or suspended at any time without notice.
Placing an item in your cart does not guarantee delivery availability until checkout confirmation.
4. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to review and acceptance.
Orders may be marked as:
Pending
Confirmed
Delivered
Cancelled
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including:
Product unavailable
Payment not verified
Incorrect address
Suspected fraud
Safety concerns
Regulatory restrictions
Pricing or website errors
5. Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods may include:
Zelle
Cash App
Other approved methods introduced later
Orders remain Pending until payment verification is completed.
We may request reasonable proof of payment before approval.
6. Pricing & Errors
Prices may change at any time before an order is confirmed.
We reserve the right to correct pricing mistakes, product descriptions, inventory errors, or technical issues.
If an error affects your order, we may cancel the order and issue any applicable refund.
7. Delivery Fees
Standard delivery fee:
$4.99
Free delivery may be offered on qualifying orders of:
$35 or more
Promotions may change or end at any time.
8. Failed Delivery / Customer Unavailable
If the customer is unavailable at delivery:
Driver may wait up to 15 minutes
Order may be cancelled or returned
A $9.99 failed delivery fee may be deducted from eligible refunds
9. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause:
Delay
Cancellation
Additional delivery charge of $4.99
10. Same-Day Delivery
Many orders may qualify for same-day delivery depending on product type, volume, distance, and operations.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
11. Restricted Products / Age Verification
Certain products may require customer to be 21 years of age or older.
Valid government-issued ID may be required upon delivery.
If age verification cannot be completed, the order may be refused or cancelled.
We do not retain ID images unless legally required.
12. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
Certain items may be non-returnable, including perishable or opened goods where legally permitted.
13. Customer Conduct
You agree not to:
Provide false information
Abuse staff or drivers
Use stolen payment methods
Resell restricted products unlawfully
Misuse the website or attempt fraud

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Daily Drop Off is not liable for:
Delays outside our control
Traffic or weather disruptions
Third-party payment outages
Indirect or incidental damages
Customer errors in address or phone number
